Our Methodology

Analysis of position and requirement includes understanding the client organization with regard to current business activities, future expansion plans, work culture and extends to mapping competencies for specific position including job title, deliverables, Key accountabilities. Sourcing Strategy involves drawing up a list of target companies from which to recruit and utilizing our network & database to list most potential candidates.
Testing and Evaluation of candidates is done to establish a match of candidate profiles with the requirement and work culture through personal interviews to psychometric assessment.
